Jude’s letter is a call to action to those who have been called by God. It is not written merely to professors, pastors or preachers; it was written “to those who are the called, loved by God the Father and kept for Jesus Christ” (v. 1). That includes every believer. Each one has a responsibility to stand for the Gospel.

When we see the Evil One busy, we must not sit idly by and watch. Christ calls us to stand and “contend for the faith that was delivered to the saints once for all” (v. 3). It’s all hands on deck! Look for ways to contribute to God’s mission, to stand up for what is right, and to resist the lies of Satan.

How can you contend for the faith?
