While atheists believe that there cannot possibly be a God, agnostics believe that the idea of God cannot be proven or disproven. Agnostics fall within the category of intellectuals who come to conclusions based on their investigation apart from the wisdom of God’s Word. Skeptics will never experience a relationship with God until they lay down their pride and acknowledge their need for Him. Without the Holy Spirit’s dwelling within a man’s heart, it is impossible to understand how God can have personal relationships with His people. Whoever is not of God cannot recognize spiritual truths or the reality of God’s relational attributes.

What convinced you that there is a God who loves you and wants a personal relationship with you?
