Serving is a way to share your faith, and that’s why this week’s devos are so important. Obedience to the Lord’s calling, Jesus’ example of service, having a “heart posture” in serving, and using your gifts all work together. Luke 22 reminds us of the importance of serving through the example of Jesus at the Last Supper. The greater one is the servant. He proved this when He did the unthinkable and healed a leper in Mark 10, or when He taught the Sermon on the Mount. He was serving and sharing the Gospel, setting an example for us, followers of Christ, to imitate as we walk in obedience in our calling to serve.
