We may struggle to believe it, but God can change even our worst enemies. God can take someone who lives in ways totally opposed to God’s purposes and transform them to be used for His service.

In the hands of God, all people are incredibly valuable and useful for His purposes. Despite his fears and misconceptions, Ananias was changed when God called him to lay hands on Saul. Saul would soon be rejected by the religious elite and viewed with suspicion by the young church. Yet Saul and Ananias were connected by the promise of the Gospel: God can change anybody, even the people who already think they’ve been transformed.
