Are you stuck? Are you struggling with an addiction? Are you struggling with a sin that you just cannot seem to shake? The Word tells us that we have a constant war waging within us. Ephesians 6:12 (which we will look at tomorrow) tells us we are waging war against powers that are bigger than ourselves. If we want to conquer the sin in our lives, we must rely on the power that is within us. Hebrews 4:12 says, “The Word is quick and sharper than any double-edged sword.” The Word is our weapon; prayer is where we surrender our rights to the fight and rely on the One who has conquered it all – Jesus. Matthew 10:10, “Satan comes to steal, kill and destroy but Jesus has come and give us life to the full.”
