Revelation 5 says that the Lamb is worthy “to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessing” (v. 12). As we considered earlier in the week, God is worthy of your life simply because He is God and He made you (4:11). But for the believer, He is doubly worthy of your life.

Not only did He create you, He redeemed you. The heavenly vision depicts an innumerable group of people saying that the Lamb who was slain is worthy of everything we can give. No power, wealth, honor or glory should be withheld from Jesus. He deserves it all! May we give it all to the One who has given everything for us.
