When you look at your week ahead, your calendar is filled with due dates, ballgames, practices, youth events, church and family time, and the list keeps going. Often, we become so overwhelmed that anxiety and maybe even panic start to set in. How do we deal with anxiety? What can we do to help offset the feelings we are experiencing? Our first step is to realize that we can trust God. He is not only on your team but also fighting for you. God is omniscient; this means that He knows all things. This means He knows what you are dealing with, and He is one step ahead to help you walk through it. As we see in Psalm 34:4, He answers our prayers and rescues us from our fears. God is our answer to the worry and anxiety plaguing our days. Turn to God and allow Him to bring you out of your head and into a place of healing and victory.
