Happy New Year! As you reflect and start a new chapter, be reminded that we are all given an opportunity to bring our hearts before God and let Him mold us each morning. Scripture tells us His mercies are new every single day (not just on the first day of the year!) We don’t have to wait to make a fresh start with God. Each day is a brand-new start and a chance to live boldly for Him. His faithfulness is great, and He will never change. God does not expect perfection of us, but He rejoices when we try our best and seek Him each day. Jeremiah, the author of Lamentations, writes that this gives us hope! Thank the Lord this morning in prayer for His faithful mercy and forgiveness every day.
