This verse brings so much comfort to those who have lost someone close. You may have lost someone dear, or you may be dealing with depression, anxiety or trouble with friends. Death and suffering were not in God’s original plan. Death came after the Fall – when Adam and Eve ate from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil in the Garden of Eden (if you need a refresher, check out Genesis 2 and 3). Revelation brings so much comfort to us because there is hope for those who have a relationship with Jesus.
